You often hear that we should be praying Psalm 91 individually and over others in these crazy times in which we find ourselves. I believe that we need look no further than the first two verses to find peace in the midst of the chaos in our lives.

He who/Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide/rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in Whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2

Those who ·go to God Most High for safety [L dwell/sit in the shelter of God Most High]
will ·be protected by [lodge in the shade/shadow of] the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “You are my ·place of safety [refuge] and ·protection [fortress].
You are my God and I ·trust [have confidence in] you. (Psalm 91:1-2 EXB—Expanded Bible)

I can’t tell you how often I say, “I trust God alone,” “I trust You, God,” and that is how I can be free of anxiety every moment of every day. I choose to live residing in the peace I receive through Jesus and His Holy Spirit dwelling in me. Jesus is God as much as the Father is God, and He spoke that He is the only way to the Father. God is triune. [Don’t let that term trip you up nor confuse you, by the way. Triune simply means three parts in one. You and I are triune—body, soul (mind, will, and emotions), and spirit.] How can I say that I know God and trust Him alone? Through faith, and faith is available to everyone. To each one, we are told in the Bible, God gives a measure of faith. It’s His gift! I receive it! What is faith? Faith is believing and trusting God. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. That’s a verse in the Bible. We must spend time in the Bible/His Word to grow our faith. Then we become more and more confident in our belief and trust in God and get to know Him personally through Jesus/Yeshua/Son of God, really God Himself Who came to live among us, Emmanuel. And in that name, Emmanuel/Immanuel, we learn that He not only was with humankind 2,000 years ago but He is still with us, through His Holy Spirit whom He sent when He returned to the Father. As we study the Bible, the Word of God, we realize how much He loves us and all that He has promised to those Who believe and receive His grace through Jesus. Jesus is the only way to the Father. Through Jesus, we receive His free gift of Salvation, His redemption, His unconditional love, His healing, His making us whole, His adoption into His family in order to spend eternity with Him. I could site the verses which prove everything I have stated; but I know that I am talking to someone who already knows them and can easily find them or recite them, or I’m talking to someone whom I would encourage to search for them in order to grow that measure of faith which you have been given by God Himself and be encouraged as you get to know Him better (through His Word and through personal communication/prayer) and are welcomed into His family and into His Kingdom here on earth and forever!
